Hello and Welcome!
After working in the healthcare industry for 40 years, starting as a certified medical assistant and working through the ranks into management and leadership, the Universe guided me to a higher purpose through teaching and coaching others. In my youth, I entered the healthcare field due to my passion for helping others. But in our healthcare landscape today, I have grown to feel powerless and ineffective. The politics in the healthcare industry have overshadowed the goal of good mental, spiritual, and physical well-being. As someone who has struggled with body dysmorphia, childhood trauma, spiritual disharmony, insecurities, and emotional hardships, I love being able to use my experience and knowledge to help others discover the true meaning of happiness through self-love, healthy nutrition, spiritual connectedness, and mindfulness practices.

My Approach
First I ask that you complete a Get to Know Me form providing me with a brief overview of your history. You will also provide a summary of what your goals are. Then we meet and go over your unique needs. Together we will work to identify areas of change and decide on short and long-term goals. Each time we meet will be personal and tailored to you and your needs.
Confidentiality
When I was about 25 years old, I trusted a friend with a secret and they told everyone my secret. Since then I have sworn myself to confidentiality with anything shared with me. You can trust our sessions will be only between us and you are the only one who can share them if you wish to.
Meeting Locations
We can decide together how you wish to meet; in-person, Zoom virtual, phone, email, text. Everyone has a level of conform and I honor that by working around your personal choices.
