Where and how often will I meet/communicate with my coach?
The coach will work with you to set up an action plan and this will determine the amount and frequency of meetings or communication. It could be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, depending on your individual needs. Support is provided through in-person meetings, Zoom virtual meetings, phone calls, texts, and emails.
