Human Aura

Every living thing has an aura which is an invisible energy field, from humans, to animals, to plants. Auras are colorful and reflect our energy whether it is positive, negative, or somewhere in between. All auras have seven layers, referred to as planes and are associated with the personalities and feelings of each living being. The seven layers consists of 1) Etheric plane, 2) emotional plane, 3) mental plane, 4) astral plane, 5) spiritual plane, 6) celestial plane, and 7) nirvanic plane.

The color of an aura is specific to the energy of the entity at the moment. Red is associated with foundational issues such as career, home problems, and our sexual instincts. Orange is associated with creativity, lust, and fantasy. Yellow represents personal power and how you connect with others and the world. Green, also seen as pink, aligns with kindness and compassion, as well as self-love and acceptance of self. The next color is blue which represents your ability to express your feelings and thoughts. White is extremely rare since this presents a connectedness to the cosmic One and aligns with being at peace and at oneness with the university, signifying a well-balanced self. The final color, violet, represents complete enlightenment and are in direct alignment with heaven and earth, free from everything.

The importance of understanding and having knowledge of spiritual planes as a spiritual wellness coach is very important in being able to accurately guide your clients based on their needs.  To help a client work to move towards enlightenment, a coach should be able to recognize any blocks they have preventing them from moving to a higher level.  It may be difficult for a client to be as truthful since it is human nature to want others to like and accept us as we are.  But when a client is having problems and is unable to verbalize those issues, the coach needs to be aware of subtle and overt signs and to trust their intuition to be able to encourage the client to talk openly.

It is also important to be able to communicate with the client how spiritual planes affect their everyday lives and how to be comfortable expressing their emotions. The actions of the client provide some guidance for the coach, which relates to the fact the coach has to “read between the lines” and use their sense of the patient’s aura along with their verbal communication and body language to make an accurate assessment of what the client needs. The coach has to be as knowledgeable as possible on this process and use their intuition to assess and guide the client towards a higher level of consciousness. As a spiritual coach we must listen closely and guide our clients for a deeper understanding of their own unique gifts and powers to reach a more meaningful relationship with their own soul and with their higher being. It is our calling to let go of our own bias and mentor our clients to their own unique potential.
